Fraud company, firstly they deny cash on delivery and then send wrong product. Wont allow return even when you share photos of wrong product but keep saying "We will resolve your query". Worst experience and wont buy from them ever.

good products at an affordable price with quick international delivery but really disappointed in the customer service. i had 9 items missing and its been over a month and a half and still not got a refund on the missing items. one of the saree also came damaged and i asked for a replacement and got no reply from them. I asked if i can swap the missing sarees t with another catalogue as the sarees were still out of stock but the only reply i get is "wait". It wouldve been better if they had contacted us before sending the products informing us that the items are out of stock so that i couldve replaced it with another catalogue.
